    Today is the WD3. Getting up early to put the wings in a marinade. Trying to be quiet as not to wake the others.
    Long night last night, as was the one before, at the Chateau de Clark.
    Missing a couple of warriors this year, so my victory later today may indeed lack substance and will likely be hollow, however, good enough to beat this esteemed list of entrants, on their best day. Or not.
    Having fun here, hoping you all are too, with your loved ones this weekend.

    John brought the roccbox, which is always a treat. Wings and Pizza today, I don't know how it gets any better than that on the opening day for college football.
    I have another gallon of bourbon slushies to go today, and we brought a killer grenache rosé that should pair well with those bitchingg about losing at the WD3. We also have a couple of nice chards, when those are gone.
    Thanks to Jeremiah for hosting this magnificent event, and thank you to everyone who traveled down to make this so special.
