Hello gents and ladies,
Looong time lurker, first time poster. Honestly not sure how I even found this forum, but I had a boring government job a few years ago and got around to learning about Eggs. I've always been into food, and this forum sparked my charcoal interest.
MN native, active duty Navy vet, and back in MN for the foreseeable future.
LBGE with all the CGS/Smokeaware goodies. Thanks to this forum, pork belly burnt ends and pepper stout beef are regulars around here.
Prime eyes of ribeye from Costco tonight finished with a slab of Kerrygold. Best steaks i've pulled off the Egg yet. Babybacks tomorrow to celebrate a buddies new house. Oh, and bourbon is life.
Looking forward to learning much, much more. I'll be posting a few old cooks, and a bunch new stuff too. Cheers!
