Kurobuta Easter Ham

Not much for ham, but did a SRF half bone in large ham and hosted an easter lunch. 

Scored it half a$$ed and tossed on with some maple and pecan. 

Did a glaze of bourbon, sprite, brown sugar, maple and Dijon and Sweet onion. 

Tossed on glaze at 120 IT and let it ride to 135-140 and rested and sliced it up. 

Amazing ham. Flat out amazing flavors and rave reviews.
