    Would you mind posting the recipe for the dry seasoning you applied to the meat?
    I didn’t measure, I just sprinkled and tossed and sprinkled more to get a good coating.

    a little AP flour
    garlic powder
    smoked paprika
    onion powder
    chili powder
    salt and coarse black pepper
    cumin
