What's cool is that half of my CGS pieces are custom in some way. You will NEVER get the personal tweaks buying the BGE versions.

using CGS gear right now and use it all the time they're the best. Im using the Adj Rig and half round Platesetter right now in my XL for 4 stuffed flank steaks (2 stuffed with peppers/mushroom/spinach/cream cheese, + 2 stuffed with prosciutto/provolone/roaster peppers/habanero pepper jelly) plus 2 spatchcock chickens

Typical BGE.  First they stole the kamado (and then claim they are the first somehow), now this.  For the record I think I have everything @tjv sells, for all 6 of my eggs.  Its good stuff.  I even use CGS gear in cookers that are not kamados.

I just watched the other video on banning @JohnInCarolina and it was great also. He said “we use to post pictures of BBQ and now everyone is called brother or friend” I busted out laughing when that popped up

By the way when @Mickey watched that Hitler video he could not stop laughing.  When I met him at Salado he introduced me to his wife as the guy who made the Hitler video.  I think his whole family had watched it.

Youve enhanced my enjoyment of the bge and youve expanded my culinary capacity and capability.  I will always be loyal to CGS...no matter the cost differential.  Like H Green used to say, you take care of your customers for the first five years of the relationship, theyll take care of you for the rest of your life...

Any chance CGS will expand into vertical insulated cabinet smoker production?   I am looking at lone star grillz mini but if cgs decided to get into that bidness, well id like to place a deposit and be on the wait list..
