Is there a video of the woo? Still not sure how it works.

Since you are a full service big green egg dealer will that let you sell your product for the eggs also once the egg products are on the shelf? On the surface it would seem like a huge conflict.

Before retiring 3 years ago, I owned a small company in a field with large competitors. We couldn't compete with their marketing or big checkbooks but we offered THE BEST customer service (according to our A List customers). I am a satisfied repeat customer of CGS and have referred your products to all of my friends. All the best...............a loyal owner.Blessed are the flexible for they shall not get bent out of shape.

More than once, it’s been said on the forum “call Tom. He’ll set you up without trying to up-sell anything.” I’m hoping that your attention to the customer and your great products will put you up on top of all this.

@tjv You have my support. When I visited your store I received a warm welcome and great service. I like the products I am using.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Rigs in a large and small, bought another small as a gift.
Top tier products.
Do what ya gotta do.
Best of luck.

Another vote of confidence for CGS and @tjv. Got a Woo, half moon heat deflectors and stainless drip pan for the XL. Love it.
I think Kamado Joe already rips off most ideas, makes minor adjustments and calls it innovation...but the BGE version looked to be a carbon copy from CGS. It's a shame.Located Middle GA

The barometer of success for all enterprising companies, is intelligence in concept, education of the client, and client services in sales support that has been top notch.
CGS has done this, and the success is well documented.
I have been waiting for my platesetter to break (again) before ordering complete set ups for my two eggs, and, trust me, there will be zero chance, the folks at BGE, get my business.
Sorry, but, I too work in a business where patents are stepped over by competitors, and damages are tremendous. If they build something better, I tip my hat. If they build the same, I look at them as theives.
As do the courts. Do what you must to protect what is yours.
My best to you Tom. I will be making contact, very soon for orders.

I will definitely be happy when I eventually break my platesetter and have an excuse to upgrade with CGS.Stillwater, MN

No need to wait for the broken platesetter. The PSWOO is a great rig and right now you can get it and the extender and D-ring package deal. This affords use of the PS and many other options. Give it a look.
No affiliation here but I have the PSWOO and extender rig in my LBGE and it is perfect for me. FWIW-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -
Woo and CGS stones in my three eggs, also the drip pans from them. I own one platesetter in my minimax because it was part of the deal, but still ordered Woo and stone.

Will continue with CGS. Have all I need for my large. New MM to join the fray after DizzyFest. Will need more product from Tom.

@tjv that should be fun selling those side by side with yours. I know which I’ll continue to buy.
I’m here for the forum, not the color of the ceramic. Almost bought a Primo but went green because I was advised more aftermarket accessories.Love you bro!
