Friday night Beef Tenderloin with Marchand de Vin.
Feels like April here with high of 76. Found a prime tenderloin tip in the freezer sealed 2 years ago. Kept it for stir fry but N preferred steak. So steak it was. Mashers with garden chives which shot up almost overnight. It did not disappoint. Cheers.

Thought you, errr.... Nichole, only cooked seafood - which personally I have no problem with. Tonight I was (gladly) proven wrong.

Great looking meal. You have to keep up with the fish and seafood posts though. My wife told me I should try cooking more fish and/or seafood. I bought salmon and cod tonight. I need inspiration my friend.Coleman, Texas
