 The marinade ingredients went through the food processor and contained cilantro, garlic, fresh ginger, hoisin, soy sauce, honey, gochujang and Chinese five spice. This was on the loin backs for 24 hours.  The marinade base was also added to lime juice for the finishing glaze.  Garnished with scallions and toasted sesame seeds.  N made the jazzed rice and marinated tomato salad.  Do over!  Cheers.
