    Here's my entry.

I call it "The Thanksgiving Roll".

Forgot to take a picture of everything laying flat.

    1 - Southern dressing as a base.

    2 - Mashed potatoes next.

    3 - A couple asparagus stalks.

    4 - Turkey breast

Rolled tight, then fried in clarified butter.

    Cranberry sauce schmear.

    Browned butter sage drizzle.

1 - Rolled log of the above 1-4.

2 - Pan fried with clarified butter.

3 - Finished with cranberry sauce schmear and browned butter sage.

Thanks for looking and putting this on Adam.
    Nice work Buddy.

No one else would even have a chance. I would fight everyone for those. I'm small, but I'm scrappy...

Thanks @JohnInCarolina.  I appreciate the kind words.

I haven't posted a cook in a while and thought, ah heck, why not do something for this.  Looked like fun.

I wanted to really think outside the box (kinda like you with your egg rolls, John (that looked freaking tasty mind you)) and not just throw a little turkey in with some leather shoe strings and call it a masterpiece!  Not very inventive if you ask me.  So Thanksgiving sushi it is, I don't care if you're from Kentucky or not.

Thanks Ron.  Nowhere near as cool as Matt's approach here, but these are super easy to make and really good.  The second batch I did had some cranberry sauce mixed in with the turkey and stuffing, and those were amazing.

If your shoe strings are "leather", they need to be cooked more.  Leather is just collagen and keratin, after all.

Too difficult to nail bud. I'll just microwave a hot dog next time.
