I know the contest is over... being a guest twice in thanks giving I didn’t do my turkey until Sunday night. The last of the leftovers went into tonight‘s turkey tetrazzini :-)

Got a wild hair up my butt and was hungry, and had leftover turkey, rice and roux, so whipped up some gumbo. Took 45 minutes start to table.______________________________________________I love lamp..
