Butcher Wrapped Brisket on the XL

Posts: 2,136
16 pound prime grade packer rubbed with light coats of Meat Church's Holy Cow and Lotta Bull's Red Dirt rubs and cooked on the XL.
Before wrapping in butcher paper:
Off the Egg and rested for an hour:
