Sorry my friend, just saw this and you're probably in bed now. Hope it went well. Dome temp was 400. 

No worries, I put it back to Sat night, the halibut looked prime and I wanted to get it right. Also the wild garlic pesto hadn't fully defrosted, and nuking that stuff in a microwave to get it warm also kills it.

So 400F dome temp it is.
