Grilled Halibut with Pistachio Pesto
Grilled these Halibut filets on the MM over Rockwood. Pistachio pesto garnish was amazing. Put it over roasted garlic couscous along side of a kale "superfood salad" from WP. Found the recipe here: Alaskafromscratch.com. Thanks for looking.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

That look's great! By chance I found some wild garlic leaf pesto sauce in the freezer yesterday, we'll give this a try at the weekend with some halibut.
