Ha!  Interesting article, for sure.  But I find that what works well for me is a cocktail of Bloody Marys and Bourbon slushies,  particularly ones made by folks with the sort of life skills that can only be acquired from years of practice, e.g. @northGAcock and @YukonRon

I've developed a sure fire method of preventing a hangover. Works 100% of the time.  I quit drinking copious amounts of alcohol. Nothing more than a drink or two on occasion.

The other approach is to never stop thus you never get to the hang-over stage.  Whatever personal preference.

Interesting article.  I am curious, if this really works this well, why no other US businessman, tourist, or serviceman has brought it up before.

I typically drink some Clausen dill pickle juice before bed and it seems to work well but this is an interesting idea for sure.

1lt of water and Ibuprofen before bed seems to do the magic, also a glass of water between beers/drinks.

The tiredness of sleeping late and waking up early well....that's age.

i dont get hangovers but a nice cold beer at 3am cures dry mouth

I drink 30oz of water, sometimes up to 60oz, before going to bed. Makes me get up to go to the bathroom a few times at night, but almost no hangover.
