My house, Columbia, Mo)was in a prime spot. Had 2 minutes and 30 seconds of 100%. I was amazed at how fast it started to become light again.

That was wild......can you imagine how freaked out people would have been in the old days of they didn't know it was coming??? -
No doubt that a lot of folks thought their gods were angry. Surprisingly, some folks still believe that.“Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.” ― Philip K. Diçk

At work in stl. Got pretty dark but not quite like they said it would. Was pretty cool when the bugs started up then stopped like 10 mins later. Lol... gotta say it was really weird feeling just before. Like my brain wasn't sure what the hell was happening. Totality was really awesome though. Incredible looking.

I wasn't too interested to begin with, but one of the docs gave me her glasses to see it. She was really excited. It didn't do much for me. Nola, using his crystal ball, would diagnose me with a mental illness, probably. LolBrandonQuad Cities

Manassas VA in front of Dizzy HQ. We had a nice break from work, and a few clouds streamed through right about peak, and we got a chance to stare at it through the clouds with no eye protection. I think we were at 85% coverage. Whatever, this is the peak. Pretty cool. Until the next time these celestial bodies dance together again, cheers! Chris

Was awesome in the ATL. 97+%. Temp drop, dusk like (almost) conditions and a hundred people outside their worksite. It was super cool.Sandy Springs & Dawsonville Ga

Amy bought 3 pairs of glasses(there's 4 of us). She checked the kids out of school(orthodontist appt. ) so I don't take glasses to work. The kids each got a pair at school. Our 70+ Yr old neighbors came out during to view and my kids took them the extra glasses(I was working) and they got to enjoy a viewing. Pretty cool. The kids got more out of sharing glasses with the neighbors than actual viewing. 99+% here.
I shared some glasses at work btwn meeting.
Alls good. -
We went to MILs house in Greenville,Ky about 45 mins from Hoptown KY.
This is is a pic of the crescents coming through a colander I was holding about 7' off the sidewalk The holes in the colander are round.
