    First time I drove a Bobcat, I jammed it into drive and popped a 35 degree wheelie.  I was SKERD!  It has a roll cage and I don't know if I coulda flipped it backwards or not, but damn it was fun to drive around. 

    Just be careful you don't tag the building, esp a structural element.  Drink heavily.
