As I mentioned in this thread, I am going to turbo two racks of SRF Kurobuta Spare Ribs. I have them on the egg bone side down at a stabilized 275 dome indirect with PS, drip pan, and CI grid on the PSWoo. Pecan and cherry for smoke. Membrane pulled and then slathered with Gulden's mustard and Oakridge BBQ Dominator Sweet Rib Rub. Will check in on them in 90 minutes. Oh, and using the Char Broil center cut for something other than steaks for the first time.

Interested to see what your thoughts are on the finished product. Have done these twice, salt and pepper and that's it, the flavour was very good. Did not see the need to "dress" them at all. Enjoy!Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!

Is 275 really turbo? Either way, I want to try these!

They came out pretty good. Sauced them with Blues Hog Smokey Mountain for the last 15 minutes.
Was hard to tell when they were done as they weren't long enough for the bend test to work, so I had to cut in and check on them. The end ribs were burnt as there was barely any meat on them, likely a result of the combo of a higher temp cook and hanging over the edge of the PS. The ribs were not very meaty but were flavorful. Not worth full price, but for BOGO, they were good enough. I prefer a meatier rib.
