SRF Kurobuta Spare Ribs - Turbo?

I'm getting ready to cook two racks of the BOGO SRF Kurobuta Spare Ribs I got during Black Friday.
Concerned that the non-meaty SRF ribs won't be able to handle @Mickey turbo method.
Any thoughts on this?

Anytime I've cooked leaner ribs hotter, they dry out more than I'd like. Go 225 and foil after 2 hours. You don't want to waste that great meat!

sorrySalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd. -
