That's child play. This is more like it.

I think there's some Ozark Oak under that cash.
@DoubleEgger ... look at the picture.  The money is in his garage next to the Vet ... the Ozark Oak is stored in the vault.  Ron hoards the good lump and burns nothing but sale priced Royal Oak.

The two biggest dramas on the forum right surround lack of pictures for @rrp bad steaks and his clay pot.  Cmon Ron.   You could probably call a professional and have them out here taking these for you.   We wanna see them!!!

If that constitutes drama in eggers lifes then they better bend over and kiss their butts goodbye as life has a lot heavier problems ahead!

As for the bad steak picture I posted it back on Sunday.

As for the pot picture HeavyG posted a link of what his looks like.

My wife hasn't found ours yet as it is packed away someplace and I don't see the need to spend any more time trying to find it.

@rrp it's 82 degrees. I called it quits on work for the day. I finished installing gasket #2 on my second Large BGE I got for free, I have a drink poured, my pork shoulders are through the stall, I got the boys bringing cards and cigars in a few hours...

Tough days may be ahead, but this thread is the only drama I have in my life right now.

so let's see them pics!  ;)

  • @fishlessman that looks awesome. Can you share the process/recipe? I assume you cooked the butt and then put it in the DO with the beans and cooked some more?

    heres the recipe
    http://www.modemac.com/cgi-bin/wiki.pl/Boston_Baked_Pork_and_Beans

    heres my original post
    http://eggheadforum.com/discussion/1180296/beans-and-pork

i would change the recipe for my tastes if i did it again, new englanders use pork salt, not bacon, and i would add some red beans as they dissolve and make the bean sauce better. it also needed more molasses

Thanks @fishlessman that is a thing of beauty. Will be trying that method.

Before you take a hammer to it, post a pic here. I'm sure someone would pay shipping costs for it and it would go to a good home.
@Ozzie_Isaac - Why would you disagree with me? I feel insulated...

I was being overly concerned with disagrees. I really don't care.
