Kansas probably going to steamroll into the final four. They now play their next two games at home. Bill Selfs home record he has 11 losses in 13 years I believe. (Including playing in Kansas City where the next two are)

Those numbers may be a game or two off.  But I think that's correct.

Man it was tough for me to watch my Villanova team lose on Saturday.  The Duke loss last night was a shocker as well.
That's why they call it March Madness though!  These teams all come out swinging with more motivation and energy than they've had all season.  Pro ball is nothing like these college guys.  Good games, tough losses, but some amazing wins as well.
Please watch the NBA playoffs and then get back to me on that statement.

Agree @bhedges1987  while the regular season can be tough to watch at times, the playoffs are great.

Maybe I've been so bored by the regular season, I never watched the playoffs.
Just like the energy of college bball much better all season long.  They are playing with heart, for their school.  Sure, they hope to get a contract after graduation, but many of them don't.  They're not earning millions, they're just college kids playing ball.  It's a good show.

I don't disagree with him. While the NBA is better regarding talent and level of play, there is this raw energy that only exists in college since for the vast majority of players(and in college, the majority of teams in the tournament outside of blue chip programs are mostly upperclassmen), they are not going to play professionally so they are play knowing that every game played may be the last competitive game they suit up for. It goes beyond competitiveness. Honestly, the only time I've seen energy close to that recently in pro ball was the last 2 years with the Cavaliers. Prior, I'd have to say Allen Iverson against the Lakers and Jordan, just due to his hyper competitive nature that is unmatched.

Either way, neither come close to the NHL playoffs in terms of drama.

Never lived above the Mason-Dixon Line, but I suppose it's hard for the Missouri/Kansas area to understand since the Blues aren't known for playoff success.

The NCAA had its worst performance in recent years, not only in selecting teams for the tournament, but in seeding them as well.

At least they kept Illinois out.  That was the right call.

I think Illinois State got screwed though.  Not sure how they could seed Wichita State a 10, but then leave ISU out.  They had virtually the exact same resume.

I actually picked UNC to win it all. Their front court is really good. However Kansas has the best back court in the country. So it will be a good game.
