Good question! I tried this back in my College days I set a pot out to boil and it boiled down to nothing before it caught "Fire" now there was this vapor coming off the whole time the water was boiling. I have dubbed that "Wet Fire" due to the fact that I almost burned my hand off holding it over the pot (so that is fire) and the fact that when I introduced paper it got wet (that is the wet part) Hope this helps!Fight like a man so you don't die like a dog
