You more than hold your own. I've had your food. Feel free to jump in with my gang on Saturday. There will be plenty of work to go around. Or you can just have a beverage and watch @caliking and @20stone struggle to get their complex recipe done before the end of the fest when the only person waiting for their food is the guy who purchased the egg they're cooking on and he needs them to shut it down.

@Photo Egg dont know what you're talking about. I know I'm going to miss your lamb chop lollipops if you're not cooking this year . Those things are damn near perfect.

And speaking of bar, do we know if beverages are permitted in the park this time?

You will want to check with the mgr of Ace and see. Was not ok'ed for the park by the city as of last week when I left.

Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

It's not that we are late serving food. It's that the event becomes a deathmarch/a$$whip to get it out. This year, we are dialing it back a bit, though, hopefully everyone enjoys what we are cooking. ...and @Foghorn, I am sure that whatever can of beans you warm and serve will be just great, and really open the eyes of the attendees to the versatility of the BGE

That's rich, coming from the guy who ate about 50 of the 250 apple pastries we put out last year.

I don't keep this figure by being super-selective.  The Kiesterbrau, however, was fantastic

@When Do We Eat, make sure you introduce yourself to folks.

Except @20stone.  He seems to be grumpy.  He'll be the guy eating most of the food off my grill.

I'll be the guy displaying a trophy from tonight's wing cookoff.

@caliking will be the guy with the wing cookoff participation ribbon.
