First ribs on the BGE! Smoked with some nice cherry wood and slow cooked
for around 4-5 hours. So full right now...Lol. I got to say cooking on this egg is kind of addicting

Looks fantastic!“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

Looks great!!! I also did some ribs w/ cherry yesterday. ~6 hours @ 250. Sauced one rack, the other rack dry. First time using cherry. I like it!
Of all the lies I tell, "Just kidding" is my favorite.

@Arkysmokin I wrapped the one on the right for about an hour (I was 3 hrs into the cook before wrapping). I added about 1/4 cup apple juice when I wrapped them. I took then unwrapped it to sauce and finish off. I have never cooked ribs on the grill before so I wanted to do one with and one without. I really didn't see in crazy difference in the two honestly
