You're welcome @The_Stache. I'm sure it will turn out great. Hard to mess something up on the Joetisserie.

I swear this forum has sold more of these than Kamado Joe.
    No question of it.

Would be funny if more of these are actually being used on Eggs than Joes.

I think that this is actually the case from what I have seen.

Without this forum, I wouldn't have known about the Joetissirie.

Sidenote - I don't think that they "accidentally" made it so it would fit the Large BGE.

Also, without this forum, I don't think I would have known about or considered any of these things (in no particular order):

    • SRF Anything
    • Mad Max Turkey (and rub)
    • Coffee Rub
    • Costco Prime Brisket over GFS or Walmart Packer Brisket
    • Brisket Chili
    • Foodsaver Machine
    • Pink Butcher Paper
    • King Arthur Brand Anything (especially high gluten flour, silicone baking cups, and bread salt)
    • A dough lame
    • A Stand Mixer w/ Dough Hooks
    • Yeast in bulk quantities
    • A food scale that measures grams
    • Dry aged beef (in beer fridge)
    • Blackstone Griddle
    • Center Cut Lump
    • RTIC
    • Bourbon Slushies
    • Rockwood
    • Ozark Oak
    • Oil soaked papertowel
    • Weedburner lump starter\
    • Adjustable Rig
    • Woo
    • PS Woo w/ Grate Extender
    • Flame Boss 200
    • Any APL book or recipe with over 15 ingredients
    • Aaron Franklin
    • Aaron Franklin fan boys
    • A Large BGE to compliment my Medium BGE
    • Mini BGE (at a great price) to round out my collection
    • The @sgh seal of approval (one under my belt)
    • A Sous Vide (not yet purchased)
    • A Meat grinder (not yet purchased)
    • Mini Wok (not yet purchased because I want one already seasoned)
    • Cajun Fryer (not yet purchased)

    I'm sure I'm forgetting something.

    Smokeware Cap
    Kick Ash Basket
    Gator Pickles

PS.. The roast came out fantastic.  5lb cook @ 350 pulled just short of an hour @120.  Rested and still perfectly medium rare!  Sorry, no pictures... It was quickly consumed and my thoughts of additional pictures may have been wine clouded!

I love my Joe.  It's my favorite BGE accessory.  One word of caution though .. make sure your food is well secured to the rod.  It's a moving tool and more than once I almost lost my food by not securing it properly.
