Pork Spare Ribs

Threw some pork ribs on the egg last weekend, just now getting around to posting it.  Better late than never, I guess.

Used the Dizzy Dust, I am really liking this on pork ribs.

I like to brush them with a honey/apple juice mixture about 2 hours into it (turn them over as well).  Around 4 hours in I brush them again and turn them back to bone down.  The last 20 minutes I will brush them with a very light coat of Baby Rays Honey BBQ sauce.  My clan like a little bit of sticky with the ribs.  These were only cooked for 5 hours at 275 degrees F, but they were a little overdone for my liking.  The family loved them as boarder-line fall off the bone, so this may end up being the norm.
