I went to the New Orleans Yacht club last night and we took the boat out on a training exercise.   Filled the water tank up.

Did you practice your technique for being boarded? :)

More importantly, did you practice "repel boarders?"

Fellows due to limited time I'm only bringing two 12 pound pork shoulders stuffed with hot sausage, 6 chickens stuffed with a seafood stuffing and shrimp, and 7 pounds of fresh, homade, spicy hog head cheese. If you are a fan of Hog head cheese, please give this a try before it's all gone. It is phenomenal my friends. Sorry I couldn't bring more but due to work I just haven't had the time to whip up anything else.

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

Damn dude, that's some dedication getting all that ready.

I'm bringing as much Berkie as I can stuff into my Yeti soft side. Two butt roasts, a whole
belly, couple pounds of bacon, and maybe a small ham. There's also a couple smoked Berkie feet if anyone's interested?

I forgot to mention, someone else will have to decide how to prepare/cook the Berkie - I'm just bringing it.

If the boat can hit 15 knots, you can jump over a buoy. Just a quick blip of the throttle during the approach.

I have authorized my son to bring some special beer tomorrow as an offering to the brisket gods.  It will be different from what many of you have become accustomed to taking out of my cooler, but really good nonetheless.
