Here is a note Scott sent me:

"There are 136000 people who live in denham springs, 110000 are displaced from their homes due to the flood. Lots of cities around here are 75%+ out of their homes. It's really really bad. I saw many areas where the water line would have been over my head driving down the interstate."

Tyson foods showed up today with capabilities to serve 10,000 meals per lunch and dinner. They have it handled from here forward. I'm going home in the morning.

Best compliment yet was from the guy in charge of food for Salvation Army. "I wish they would just give you the chicken and let you cook it. You are much more dependable and 10 times the cook"

The food truck guys were fighting over who got our food vs the food from the "other guys" not sure who the other guys were or where they were. But our food was clearly far superior.
