It was a good night

Wife wanted some salmon, so who am I to say no?  Started with one of my new favorite drinks.
Then on to the meal.
Raised direct at 350-400 on a cedar plank. Rubbed with EVOO and a local rub. Don't mind the hot dog in the background. My 5 year old has the pallet, of well, a 5 year old.
Served it simple with a little ditch weed coated in EVOO, balsamic, granulated onion, S&P with Parmesean cheese.

Was going to do salmon tomorrow and may do something similar.

Anytime she asks, she receives. Key to a happy marriage. Although, she does far more than I. minniemoh said:

@ColtsFan it is really good as long as you have good rum like Kraken. And it has to be the dark rum.

Wouldn't that just be a dark n stormy where you squeeze the garnish?  Should be really good.

Kentucky Mules are really good too.

Looks great.  I have a bottle opener like that, but it's not painted.  Love it!  Pops everything open with very little effort.
