Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

Beef ribs (brisket on a stick), served with bhindi boondi (ocra), Cuban slaw, pickled onions, pickled cuke with Thai chili (courtesy of @caliking ), and sourdough rye bread (first attempt, still work to be done). Sloppy plating since everyone was waiting for me.
It was nice to cook on the LBGE again. We've been giving the MM a workout, but it's nice to have room.
