Figured it out!
I've been struggling with getting the temp up and after helpful information from people here I figured out I had too much ashes with the lump coal. After cleaning it out no problem with temp. Planning to smoke chickens this weekend when I need to add more coal do I drop it in slots around the plate setter? Here is what I made yesterday.

It looks like you are using a large egg. As long as you fill it up to the fire ring you will not need to add any lump. Many of us can smoke a brisket (18 hours or more) on one load of lump.Large and Small BGECentral, IL

Yes it is a large egg. Thanks!

Good looking pizza! I totally agree with @saluki2007 - fill her up and you would be able to cook 10 batches of chickens without adding lump.
One random tip- trim the parchment so it is not hanging over your pizza stone and it won't burn. It doesn't hurt anything except the little pieces of burned paper can end up on your pie.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
Yes I think I will be getting a pizza peel won't be as messy.

Also, pull the parchment from under your pizza after it has been on 2-3 minutes. That will help the crust crisp up a little more.
