Tuna & Mackerel Cakes. OT

OT because they were cooked on the gasser side burner. 

Took can each of Tuna and Mackerel and mixed with mayo,Dijon,chopped onions,basil paprika, Old Bay  and smashed pork rinds.  Mixed it all up and cooked in the CI 


With a little lettuce and sriracha.  Very low carb and really tasty.

    I don't know what caused me to go this route but it was really good   Not a favorite but was way better than I hoped for.
