The usual Korean Short Ribs and Chili here, plus I picked up 10# of rib tips (riblets?) that I'm thinking of soaking in Jerk Marinade, smoking, and serving with a sweet/tangy dipping sauce. Probably some chicken ginger jasmine rice for carbs.

No real recipe. I just go by feel. I only use drummies and in egg with dry rub only for 45 minutes or so. Meanwhile bring 1 tsp butter, a cup or so of quality buffalo sauce and several dashes of garlic hot sauce to simmer. When wings ready throw in half cup of ranch dressing and stir. Remove wings to large bowl and dump over sauce. Toss to coat and back on egg until sauce sets. Maybe 10 mins. Then I bring in and fry them if feeding the guys or just eat them if women involved.Bart1434 said:@Chubbs those wings sound amazing... Any chance we can get that recipe ?

I think we may have gotten this link off this forum originally, but I'm not sure. This was how we started, but we've drifted from the original recipe.
A few things we do differently:
Romaine leaves instead of iceberg
almost double the sauce ingredients, we found it to be way too under seasoned as is - easy to add as you go with this recipe.
We put out toppings for people to add - shredded carrots, finely diced cucumber, more chopped mint and cilantro, micro greens if you can find them, chopped peanuts, sriracha and other spicy things - chili oil is good. We've also done those noodles tha you fry that puff up, but that was a PITA and didn't really add.
have fun

Went to the store to get a couple of small 4lb pork butts (couldn't find anything bigger this time) after being motivated by @Bart1434 cook and going @YukonRon style with Peach preserves and swamp venom. Also cooking ABTs and bacon wrapped apricots with a slice of fresh jalapeño, a Memphis smoked sausage and cheese plate, and lastly @SGH best appetizer (sausage loaf).
