Deep fried pancake encrusted bacon

So this went down like this. 

me "what do you want for supper?"
13 yr old "how about breakfast?  Ooh, did you get your deep fryer?"

me: "yes" (thanks again @texiswig )
justin: "how about deep fried bacon with a pancake batter crust?"

me: to myself (that's fvckin genius right there) aloud:"I'll try"

all black stone and t-fal fryer. 

Cooked bacon all the way and dipped in a thick batter then fried at 350 till brown. 

Runny eggs and hash browns (a working progress)

We're planning to do a fry night this spring now that I have a decent fryer. Everything served will be fried. This will be on the menu, without question.

@DMW - if you haven't included these on the dance card yet, try hot dogs and twinkies.

Deep fried hot dogs (until the casing splits), topped with fried onions and mustard are foodgasm worthy ( made famous by Maxwell Street joints in Chicago). The bun needs to be split, buttered,  and fried on the griddle a bit.

Deep fried twinkies are the best fried carni food I've had.

I was wondering how you liked the fryer?when I seen my name tagged I was like "what the hell?  I didn't get that tag?!" then I seen you misspelled texas. Don't you ever let that happen again. That bacon looks killer. There is a place in town making chicken fried bacon. Everyone keeps crowing about it. They're gonna make me show them what's up with my fry skills. @caliking I want to try to make the Twinkies now. I've had honey buns and little Debbie oatmeal pies . Both equally awesome.
