I am cutting the hot in half (hope it doesn't effect anything) My wife is from southern brazil and apparently nobody down there eats anything spicy.

If you use it 50/50 like the recipe calls for, it's honestly not hot at all my friend. If you want 0 spicy/heat, you can use 1 roll of Jimmy Dean original and 1 roll of Jimmy Dean Sage. The Original/Sage version is excellent as well.

I may have just come up with a better appetizer than the SL. Been making crab balls for years, but these are off the hook.

No sir, you can use any wood that you like or no wood at all. I just happen to be real fond of oak my friend.

Have you not posted the tater tot one before? I'm pretty sure I made it and it was glorious. If you have a better one than that then I'm anxiously awaiting...
Yes sir, I have posted one before. But I have a even better one that I'm posting tomorrow. Glad that you enjoyed it my friend.
I'm not gonna let you slide on this SGH.  I cooked the sausage recipe and it was great.  I have been waiting 2 days to see a post for the tatter-tots.  If they're as good as you say, well it's not nice to tease your fellow eggers.

I give you my word brother Farmer that I'm going to post the TTC and the crab ball recipe shortly. Been real busy the past couple of days. Have had a lot of nonsense pop up that I have been trying to take care of. Nothing serious, just time and money consuming stuff. A lot of the comments you have seen me make the past few days was actually done while I was driving down the interstate.

  • The best app i ever ate was in a wood fired hot tub in Sweden, and it was a tablespoon of beluga caviar, with some crumbled shirred egg yolk,  licked off the nipple of a Russian ski instructor (female, blond, 21 years old, and an ass you could bounce a golf ball off of), chased with vodka that had been chilled in the -25 snow bank, and a dark chocolate genache from the other (nipple)

But this looks pretty good too
