I am probably way off base here but they killed 60 maybe 100 people? Sounds like a horibbly planned rookie attack to me. One person with a bomb in a crowded area could do that and they have lots of people in multiple locations.

With the recent bombing of the Russian airplane and the latest ISIL propaganda video claiming to take over the Kremlin, I don't think Putin will put up with their  sh!t for long.
