I was commissioned to make ribs today. A friend dropped off a three pack of baby backs from Costco...I cook her two racks, and get to keep one for me. Free ribs AND no silver skin!

Evidently PETA got upset at some lSU Students for cooking fresh gators at the gail gate in Baton Rouge a few weeks back! Guess Tigers (next week anyway)! @chrisc133 I am afraid I have to agree with he two posts above. UF Looks good from what I have seen. Ribs will be great!
In the middle of Georgia! Geaux Tigers!!!!! -
If Florida shows up like they did in Baton Rouge I have no doubts, but several analysts are looking for an upset. Should be a good one either way, go gators!

What the hell....are you some kind of salesman. I fell for the bait and switch on this thread. Regardless, tailgate ribs sound great.Steven

Well my ribs were much better than the Dawgs.

Sorry dude.
Ribs look awesome.
At least you got UK next week. That ought to make things better in a hurry. UK fan here. Our team is a train wreck, and our coaches could not coach a fat kid how to eat birthday cake.

The ribs look great. The game did not!
FWIW if the Costco rub is too salty and hot then you might try cutting it with brown sugar or turbinado sugar to offset the salt and heat. You might find you can use it as a "base" and come up with a good rub.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
