    Looking real good @SGH.

I ran out of time and had to do a quick dinner tonight - should have known better than to look at food porn right afterwards.  There is quite possibly a midnight cook in my future.  Thanks a lot.

Looks darned good to me.  I am amazed at folks who can't cook, a basic life skill.  The Spouse's brother couldn't manage boiling a hot dog when I first met him.

I can cook, just not so great inside. I do pretty good on smokers and grills though. I can deep fry pretty good as well. Just not really a inside type person Doc.

Looks passable.  Hope you didn't have any guests.  Barely enough food for 1.
That plate at the bottom, I ate the whole thing.
Of course you did. The only question is "Did you use a utensil of some kind? Or just tip the whole plate into your mouth (which is what I might have done)?

Looks awesome. I started in the kitchen then went outside. I think cooking is cooking. I think the problem with most people who can't cook is they just don't know what tastes good. Well and the ones who can't brown meat. I've seen tons of your posts and I'm sure you know what's good is.

Hmmm ... the missus eats the leftovers and has to clean up after you!  Keep that up and you might have to start sleeping with one eye open.

Brother of the North, I absolutely love mushrooms. I can honestly eat them raw. With that said, there is nothing I like better than mushrooms sautéed with steak and/or shrimp. So I throwed them in the pan as well.

I was afraid this would be the case. I really love peas and carrots (as well as mushrooms) but, they don't belong in fajitas either! Having said that, I won't deny any man the right to fix fajitas whatever way he sees fit!

You are correct, they aren't normally added to fajitas. But the truth be told, if I would have had a lobster or two on hand, I would have thrown them in right along with mushrooms ;) When it comes to eating, I have very little restraint. And thanks for the compliments brother of the North. Good to see you posting again.

Lobster fajitas would be an excellent choice indeed!

Maybe he ate the guac as he was cooking?
