I'm going to admit right up front that I'm not a inside cook at all. As the title states, I was definitely out of my natural element cooking this. Nonetheless it was fun and a learning experience. I did use the mini for the steaks, everything else was cooked inside. This was suppose to be my take on steak and shrimp…
