Sockeye Salmon - Two Ways
ProductPoet
Posts: 63
Well this weekend we tried sockeye salmon two different ways. The sockeye on top has parmesan cheese garlic butter that we purchased from Sam's Club, as well as some crushed herbs. The bottom has a sweet brown sugar marinade, with maple a syrup glaze. Cooked these at 400 degrees for about 13 minutes, which might have been two minutes too long.
Not sure if you can see below the salmons, but I did my first ever "campfire potatoes" in the BGE. Just wrapped some olive oil coated sweet potatoes and russet potatoes in tin foil and threw them on the BGE lump charcoal at 400 degrees for about an hour. I can't wait to do this again.
