I got my package today from @BudgeezerIt was an awesome assortment from Minnesota. Thanks a ton for the very generous assortment Paul. Way above and beyond with a great assortment of sauces and rubs plus Minnesota black rice, maple syrup, BGE corn holders and even a Twins steak branding iron. Sorry for poor picture on moving boxes. We are moving Saturday so it is the only place I had to stage it.LBGE 2013, SBGE 2014, Mini 2015

A great big Thank You to @20stone !
I am so surprised to see a package on my doorstep this evening. And way more surprised when I opened it!
I was expecting some rubs and couldn't believe my eyes as I looked inside.
You gotta be kidding me! Oh my God!
A awesome Brisket from 44Farms straight from Texas. Also some of 20stone's Brisket Blend fresh and top quality.
I am not worthy.
You made my day buddy!
More pictures to come during the cook.

I'm glad you're into it. I came across 44 Farms at Underbelly, and then with my favorite Q in Houston, Blood Brothers. Being from here, the rub exchange is a conundrum. The instructions indicated we should do something local, and the most Texan, most local thing is brisket, rubbed with salt (not so sexy), pepper (also, not so sexy) and wrapped in plain paper (sexy, but only when containing p0rn). Just add your own salt and aged oak, and people will wait hours to eat it. Enjoy it! J(now only 16 stone)

Oh, and he sent a great letter detailing the background and use of each item which I enjoyed. About to fire up the egg and have a bloody mary with Marshal Tucker Band playing in the background. Great suggestion btw
