Best tasting chicken I ever cooked
I have used Allegro Hot and Spicy marinade before but only for like an hour. The thread the other day inspired me to leave the chicken in it for 2 days, ended up forgetting about it yesterday so 3 days it was. In a word...Amazing. A bit too spicy for the wife but holy poultry! I couldn't believe the flavor and the skin texture. I cooked it raised direct 425* for 40-45 min to 185*. A bit of cherry and pecan wood for smoke. No other seasoning. Best I've ever cooked and probably ever tasted.

@Black_Badger details in the OP. You'll love it, just make sure to put the chicken in the marinade 3 days before you cook it. That's the key.In Manchester, TNVol For Life!

Allegro is good stuff! I used to use it all the time on steaks.
I've marinated ribs in it for 24hrs with great results.
