Outstanding Customer Service for Warranty Claim

I have been reading that a lot of eggers were finding cracks in their BGE's ceramic parts, so I decided to inspect mine. Found the firebowl cracked, so I called my dealer – Weinberger's Furniture in Augusta, GA.

The whole transaction couldn't have been easier. Completely painless. Weinberger's rep looked up my purchase and ordered a new firebowl with their next BGE order. But here's the kicker – they even offered to rob a firebowl out of a new BGE so I could have my new one sooner. Since mine was still serviceable I didn't see any need to put them through the extra effort. My new firebowl arrived in a couple of weeks and bada-bing! I'm as good as new.

I couldn't be happier with Weinberger's customer service, communication, or friendliness. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Central Savannah River Area.
