I guess I missed the family part.  Are gay and lesbian families ok?  Because I think we all have some of those in our family trees.  They're ok with me.  Also, what about free speech?  Liberty and the 1st amendment and all that, seems like that's what sinks these "fun" threads.

Crazy ass cat sleeps on his back. He's 8 months old. How big should I expect him to get?  Im a dog person. Dont know much about cats.

@Biggreenpharmacist The average house cat grows to be about 9 pounds.  There's some dimorphism and thus males are typically a bit larger.  We have cats that range from 7.5 to 16 pounds full grown.  Obese cats and some breeds can get well into the 20-30 pounds range.  If you fix your cat, which you should, it can result in a smaller cat, at least in males and especially if you fix young.

Or, you can leave in tact and feed lots of Q and shoot for a domesticated puma like creature.  That'd be cool

@nolaegghead santa actually rescued him from a shelter at the north pole, so he is fixed. He's a big old boy already. Loves to go out and hunt but sleeps inside. He's already about 7-8 lbs and long and lanky. I'm thinking he's gonna be huge. I never been fond of them but he's pretty cool. I think he believes he's a dog. He's not scared of our lab or our other huge mixed breed. He has a cool personality. Guess santa did good. My boys love him.

Sounds like a good fit.  At that age, I'd guess he could be in the 12-16 pound range.  That's a good size cat.  In the wild, pound for pound, cats are deadly apex predators.  Dogs just clean up the mess.

He looks about the same size as my house tiger Shawn. He was long, lanky, and around 9 lbs at 1 year old. Now he's 2.5 years and weighs in at a solid 17 lbs, no fat on him.
