Shout out to @Fred19Flintstone and his PB&J French Toast Frosted Flakes sandwich he shared on the forum years back. I can't tell you how many times I've made these things.

Happy place.  Lady friend brought ribeyes, taters, corn, and booze.

Dude, you gonna have that back yard looking like that on the 4th of July? Lets get that grass cut will ya? Oh but your plate sure looks nice.
    Thanks.
She bought ribeyes too thin, but who am I to b!tch, it was free, and we managed.

I'm not the dude laying prone on the lawn with shears that's for sure. lol
Plan is a Friday cut.  =)

I wouldn't do well in the south.  Lawns are taken very seriously as I've found out.  In Phx. we have gravel yards, and I don't rake my gravel either.

Cool lady friend btw.  Never had a lady bring me meat before.

I'm with ya b, wouldn't mind converting my yard to gravel.

It was a chill night.  I haven't either, didn't even ask her to.  She said she was grabbing something for me to grill..lit the kettle with the torch on her way over with a two-zone fire(figured I could grill anything that way), tossed the taters on, and started shucking corn, and rubbing the steaks.  Last minute, but it worked.
My wife would be pissed if I had a lady friend! Especially if she brought over meat to grill.
My wife's down with chics sucks for you.
Is she down w RTIC coolers?
Good grief man, that is just sick and immoral!!!!!

Oh My. Those have several of my favorite foods all in one sandwich. This weight loss thing I'm on might have to take a night off. Wow.

Looks great to me. Some guys will really blast you for the sloppy butchering job. That knife work won't hurt the meal though. IMO. Bravo!

Enjoying a decent cheap wine after dinner.

And dinner, that was nice. Found some nice Berky chops at Wegman's today. Dry brined them this afternoon.

Reverse seared them on the Hasty Bake with a bit of silver maple for smoke. Pan of new baby potatoes went on a bit before the chops.

Grilled some corn before searing the chops.

Nice dinner to cap off the long weekend.

I haven't had the use of my LG in over 2 months. Jackwagon  licensed contractor that did my addition 9+ yrs ago failed to wrap behind the deck to stemwall. Needless to say it rotted much more than just the deck! :unamused: statute of limitations saved his sorry @$$...which I find to be complete BS.
