While I was out during lunch buying rubs and sauces found a bottle of this. I really like the regular batch but have never tried this one.

Ok, that one probably could have gone another hour, but it was getting late. It pulled, but required a bit more effort than the two smaller ones.

It's all tucked in the fridge for the night. They're picking it up tomorrow.
Somehow I didn't see this when you posted it. Awesome job.

Epic fail!  I read so much about pork belly burnt ends I just had to try it.  I bought a chunk at the only place I could find it.  I'll tell you it was a biotech to take the skin off.  I may not have gotten the right cut  =)  In anycase I started it as pur the directions and didn't do a very good job.  It was chewy and very tuff. I started to save it for chilli but the wife said NO.  So I fed it the the criters that visit my trail cam.  I don't think I will try again   :s

More pies divided for son's 10th b-day.  Pizza, strawberry sundaes, then Cars 3 and Captain Underpants at the 61 Drive In.  Weather is lookin' purdy, let the good times roll.

I am screwing around with my home lab network. It is late. I have been drinking. I disabled spanning tree protocol on one of my switches. I then swapped some cables around. I introduced a loop. Took me longer than it should have to figure out what happened.

This is why change control is important on production networks, you never know when the idiot on the keyboard has been drinking.

Im oncall trying to figure out why im being called on jobs running on a server that is designated to be upgraded tonight. No one apparently knows who put in the job suppression that should have never been put in due to the upgrade happening on the passive node of the cluster. FML
