Whilst I was sleeping
did a Berkshire one on the side @ Eggfest, but we have an increase in FD guests, so I worked all night on this second one. LOL. -
Got the XL fired up for an Angus Silverside (bottom round) joint for slicing, followed by spatchcock chicken. Both raised direct, some apple wood in for the beef. Too hot outside now, 90F today, which is REALLY hot for the UK, my stone flags are too hot to stand on with bare feet.
