Just finished baking some pecan pies. Not my best results visually, hopefully they taste better than they look.
And the creme brulee from earlier

What recipe do you use? I made sous vide creme brulee and was to rich. I had a similiar amount to you and used a dozen yolks. I will halve it next time.DMW said:Making creme brulee

I use Chef Steps. I mostly use jelly jars (4oz) instead of 1/2 pint for the reason you noted.Ozzie_Isaac said:

Just got back from my son's graduation from Virginia Tech. While having a celebratory lunch yesterday, he got a call with the job offer he wanted! A great day! I'm the old focker. Blond is my daughter, brunette my wife.
Richmond and Mathews County, VA. Large BGE, Weber gas, little Weber charcoal. Vintage ManGrates. Little reddish portable kamado that shall remain nameless here. Very Extremely Stable Genius. -
