I like it. It cooks super hot. It'll give the egg a run for it's money cooking steaks. I've had it for 11 years.

It basically is.  304 Stainless holds up well. I've replaced each of the ceramic burners once under the 10yr warranty. I'll give it up for the folks over at TEC, they make a fine gasser. A buddy of mine made me some custom side shelves out of 316 stainless. I took them off the save deck space.

Certainly not my more traditional heavy meal. But it was all that I had on hand. Not to worry though, tomorrow it's back to something with a little more heft and weight to it.

@DoubleEgger Commercial/Industrial so we get the customer what they want or have in spec overview. Residential are usually the ones that are more of the "dealer" title. We have an account with pretty much any manufacturer so we are not brand loyal in that regard. Side note:  As a tech I like Carrier commercial and industrial units both their RTUs and Chiller Systems (& I have Carrier units in my own home).
