Just met with the foundation guy. He doesn't recommend doing the major repairs I was fearing! He said I need to install gutters, and to "stitch" the crack, (in preparation for the hardwoods) and that it's not bad enough to be structural, and has likely been there for years. Drinks on me tonight!!!!!

Ya just gotta do what ya gotta do...and make sure all evidence (save the forum-which she does not visit) is totally destroyed.  Best part-ensure no left-overs regardless of size of the cut of beef.  Never have pulled it off with a SRF brisket

If you weren't such a slack a$$, you would have attended wing ding and then you'd know his large is in a nest and this one is clearly run a table. A table that hasn't been cared for, so obviously it's mine.
