This was a drunk meal. I ate the whole thing somehow. Had layer of cape cod kettle chips, layer of yellow American, layer of crumbled jalapeño cowboy burger, layer of white American/Swiss cheese then ketchup and mustard. Time for a glass of water and the couch.

@Lit - Any time you can get Cape Cod chips into the recipe you are there. That is a true late Sunday evening banquet. Most eggcellent-too much talent for me when in a heavily over-served state. It's a good thing. Had a bout of kidney cancer years back and lost one.Jeremiah said:
The Doc 's been keeping an eye on the other for the past 11 or 12 years. Last January he asked if my insurance was still good and mentioned we may need to do surgery on the other come Fall after looking at the sonogram. Seems a cyst was changing in size.
The good news is after a CT scan last month it had actually gotten smaller than a previous CT scan in 2009.
He said good news we won't need to see you for two years! He was happy and
I was a happy!!
So after not taking a foolish offer from my previous employer at the end of 2015, I basically have taken 2016 off to do what we wanted to do. Just in case.
